"Cozy" Strikes Again!

My song "Cozy" is featured in the Season 1 Finale of "Workin' Moms." The song starts around the 15-minute mark and it continues to play behind two delightfully sentimental scenes.

Are you a fan of the song "Cozy"? You can purchase it on iTunes, Amazon, and my music page.

"Cozy" Lyrics (written by Adrianne Serna):

I want what everybody else wants
A cozy place to lay my tired head
And maybe a silent understanding
Of all the things that sometimes go unsaid

ooh ooh ooh...

You see what nobody else sees
The tiny cracks in my protective shell
If I every truly crumble
Will you mend the pieces that you know so well?

ooh ooh ooh....

I want what everybody else wants
A cozy place to lay my head

New single just released: Give the World to You

Hi everyone,

I just released a new single called "Give the World to You." This dreamy little tune is dedicated to those who love to love and love to give. I'm especially proud of the album artwork which was drawn by a local Marin County artist named Nicole Rehder. This song was recorded, mixed, and beautified by the ever-talented Christopher Krotky at Soundwire Studios, and in addition to featuring myself and Christopher, it also features my dear friend Claudia Campazzo on violin/viola.

This song was recently featured on two television shows: "Workin' Moms" and "Hockey Wives." (Sweet!) Please check it out and have a listen on my music page.

Cheers,

Adrianne Serna

Give the World to You Lyrics:

I want to give you something beautiful
Something as beautiful as you
You hardly ever ask for anything
But if I could, I'd give the world to you

You love because it comes so naturally
And you give because you love to
You hardly ever ask for anything
But if I could, I'd give the world to you

What do you give
To the person who is all you hope to be?
What do I give
To the person who is everything to me?

I want to give you something beautiful
Something as beautiful as you
You hardly ever ask for anything
But if I could, I'd give the world to you
If I could, I'd give the world to you
If I could, I'd give the world to you

My students ROCK!

This post is very late, but I still wanted to drop by and marvel at how AWESOME, brave, and poised my guitar students were at our big show at the Sweetwater Music Hall a few weeks ago. I am a very proud teacher!! And I am so grateful that I get to spend so much time inspiring young guitar players and singers. (Many students are missing from this photo, so you can see how busy I've been with teaching!) I DO have lots of new songs that I hope to share soon with the world...as soon as these darn kids give me a chance to breathe. ;)
